I became a huge fan of frank from cruise control on radio, he was such a breath of fresh air, i would be rushing home in Lagos traffic just to listen to him, I actually had a special way, I would switch off all the lights and just let franks voice and all the music he played take all the stress of work and life away, God bless you frank, despite the fact that you were going through your issues, you still managed to shine light for other. Tai Solarin used to say to us in school ...“We measure life by loss, not by gain, Not by the wine drunk, but by the wine poured forth"....Thank you for pouring

Hey Chude, great show and I particularly enjoyed this one with Frank Edoho as he’s well spoken and it brought back childhood memories. Have you thought of sitting your guests on a comfortable couch 🛋️ or ‘arm chair’ for the shows? I don’t know if it’s just me but Frank didn’t look comfortable in that chair

Frank’s perspective is a powerful reminder that growth often comes from owning our part in the narrative and committing to becoming better.
I like the maturity Frank displayed during this interview. It’s evident that he has done a great deal of introspection.
When we’re young and still maturing mentally, mistakes are inevitable. What’s important is not avoiding them but ensuring that we grow from them. Mistakes are a part of life’s learning curve, and the key takeaway is the ability to reflect, take responsibility, and apply those lessons moving forward.

It is sad how people mistake confidence/silence for arrogance/guilt and then hate people without hearing their side of the story. I love Frank's response - "I'm not going to change the person I am just because/maybe the person who didn't deserve me had me".

    Understanding Depression:
Depression is more than just feeling sad or having a bad day. It’s a serious mental health condition that affects how you feel, think, and handle daily activities. Imagine feeling stuck in a dark cloud that you can’t shake off, no matter what you do.
    Common Symptoms:
•Persistent Sadness: Feeling down or empty most of the time.
•Loss of Interest: Not enjoying activities you once loved.
•Fatigue: Constantly feeling tired and lacking energy.
•Sleep Issues: Trouble sleeping or sleeping too much.
•Appetite Changes: Eating too little or too much.
•Concentration Problems: Difficulty focusing or making decisions.
•Feelings of Worthlessness: Harsh self-criticism or guilt.

Look unto Jesus Christ God in the Flesh. The one who loved us even when we were sinners and knew Him not.
Was Patient, waited went all the way to the cross. Through the nomination shame most dehumanising death, just so He Redeem us ,YOU back to Himself. U have a price over your head already by the one who created U. U are of immense value Actually Priceless. For Jesus to have gone all the way, FOR YOU?? Forget it Bro/Sis. Just tell it to Jesus. Go back to Him. Forget every every, when the chips are down afterall, it's ONLY Jesus that STAYS.
THIS TOO WILL PASS, SIR/MADSM. JUST BELIEVE!! I am a Testimony that Jesus Love and His care His working miracles in our lives is REAL.
June 2020, for the 1st time, I felt what it mearnt to be SUICIDAL. I didn't think it to take my life o, but I felt it, maybe juggled it, as in thought about it and why people go that point of no return.
Reason; Because a wealthy cousin who promised me money for business, died same week he was supposed to release d funds for my business. I was with him, ate with him.laughed on a Monday and he said Bro your money don land o, show on Thursday. On Tuesday evening he sent me a WhatsApp picture he was down maybe malaria, Wednesday they have carried my Guy into isolation centre Covid 19 someone with heart disease 😢😢. Long and short he didn't.make it out. With a wife and my 2 young children one undergrads d other secondary school plus zero finances. I felt my world crumbling before me. I had put all my hope on that promise of fund, on man. Another.lesson I learnt that period too. That when we truly walk with God, He God is JEALOUS about everything concerning us, and tgat INCLUDES our soyrce/s of HELP. If God feels it will not bring glory to him, or knows what we dont know about d source etc of that help support etc , even relationship we keep or plan to keep. God can scatter everything. He sees what we cant see from the highest mountain on earth. This same pattern plays out in rationships. Holy Spirit will KILL the relationship in courship stage, saving us the heartache of a broken marraige do estic violence a divorce in the future. Yet unbeknownst to us, we cry and cry and cry over boyfriend and Girlfriend jilting things.
That I survived that year and into 2025 and everything looking up- CAN ONLY BE JRSUS CHRIST ,CAN ONLY BE THE LIVING GOD , GOD THE HOLY GHOST THE GOD IN THE EARTH TODAY, OUR HELPER PROMISED AND DELIVERED BY JESUS IN ACTS 2, THE PHENOMENON @ PENTECOST.
So my dear, just tell it to Jesus. If U can exercise the Beluvers gift of Tongues for Personal Edification- This is the time, when ALL THINGS BEGIN TO WORK TOGETHER FOR YOUR GOOD

Nobody has a perfect life, and everyone has a journey and a story. But a person to say I have not said a complementary word to my ex wife - the mother of your children for so many years speaks volumes. In a previous interview, I recall Frank talking about giving the silent treatment. Another way to ask the question "why she did that?" Could be did I do something to make you do that? Speak to married couples and they will tell you it's about working at it, and forgiveness. I don't know if your religion is Christianity, if it is then Forbearance and kindness are fruits of the spirit. Nonetheless, I wish you well and hope you heal from the childhood traumas you experienced. Also, therapy is something we should embrace more in the African community. Perhaps give it a try. I agree. On a personal note I have recently been reviewing my childhood and that of my siblings, significant life events and incidents, my peculiar shy and withdrawn behaviour at primary school, and the lives of my late parents and relatives and concluded that there was so much trauma which is still manifesting in the lives of my extended family. and me. The first step is a humble self examination, reflection and acknowledgement, forgiving yourself, your parents, and siblings, not rationalising or sounding tough. The next step is resolving to heal and seek ways to break the trauma chain... the hardest part. Most of it was out of our collective control as everyone was responding to life in Nigeria as best as they saw fit within the context of the social and cultural milieu. May God help us all.

I guess the sad music is a coping mechanism not really healing." I learnt how to deal...i am alone in the world" To be tossed in the turbulence of depression and the ability to adopt a coping mechanism and still flourished in his work is a miracle. Depressed state of life can be dream killing.
'Depression abhors joy' does this mean a depressed person is condemned to die and not live or spread the depression or cope with it?
Before depression there is something, isn't it possible to go back to that something before depression came? Discussing the reason for depression, adopting prayers can help. Alot of people can't afford consultation with psychologists otherwise professional advice is the best, one has to be careful to pick out the real professional from pretenders in the job.b

A man who experienced so much domestic violence from the dating stage to when he decided to marry her was so quick to move on after divorce. He married his present wife after three years of divorce from his ex. So at what point did he sit down to clear his head from all the trauma he experienced from the marriage, looked for his present wife, get to know her more(because of the bad experience of the past), and finally decide to settle down with her. This story of his doesn't sound complete to me.
